To follow on a successful event of Semdzin Explanation and Practice by Julia Lawless on 14th July, we will hold a morning practice session on Saturday 10th August led by Jowita Niedzielska.

Participants requirement: transmission received from Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche or Yeshi Namkhai.
