Sunday Service

Every first  Sunday of the month at 10am via Zoom

 
We will meet online to do well known practices of the Dzogchen Community. We will practice Guruyoga of the White, Green Tara, Mandarava, Six Lokas, Shitro, practices from The Precious Vase etc. Please let us know which practices you would like to learn.

A short explanation will be given & newcomers are welcome to join in. There will be no Sunday Service if this clashes with an international event.
