The Benefits and Practice of the Twenty One Praises to Tara
Dear Vajra Family and Friends,
On Saturday, 28th September, we will be holding
A Guide to the Benefits & Practice of the 21 Praises to Tara
with Julia Lawless
at Lekdanling onsite.
Schedule:
28 September, Saturday
10.30-12pm and 2pm-3.30pm
‘If you have any problems, you should pray to Tara and you can obtain anything.’
Adzom Drukpa Rinpoche
It is said that Buddha Shakyamuni himself recited this invocation to Tara, so it is a very ancient practice. As an embodiment of the Great Mother, Tara offers not only relative help but also supreme realisation. The great master Atisha famously said that by reciting these Praises:
‘Those who wish for a child will have a child, those who wish for wealth will attain it … without obstruction all wishes will be granted & every single hindrance will be destroyed!’
All welcome!
This course is open to everyone and payment is by donation.
Please register your interest beforehand with Rafal if you wish to attend or for further details.
