Winter Therapy Retreat

Kunselling

Thursday 20^th to Sunday 23^rd February 2025

Spring is near, but winter is still here (wet, damp and cold),
so please come to Kunselling for a weekend of treatments and practices with our Dzogchen Community therapists

Spend a relaxing four days at our Welsh retreat centre preparing mind and body.

• Strengthening our energy and vital organs
• Seeing food as medicine (cooking lessons)
• Yantra yoga and other exercises to maintain vitality
• Medicine Buddha, White Tara and Mandarava meditation
• La massage (vital energy massage in pairs)

Therapists available for one-to-one treatments

• Red Lau and Marta Sasvari (Ku Nye Massage)
• Dr Rita Arqueros (Tibetan Medicine)
• Healing dance workshop

Accommodation per day £12 for sustaining members and Kunselling package, £14 for ordinary members,
£27 for non-members.

Food £20 per day, includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, tea and coffee

Treatments – price by arrangement with therapist
