Coming soon, all are warmly invited to take part in Yantra Yoga classes at Lekdanling, Tibetan Cultural Centre, London. The classes are taught by Dr Anita Selva, authorised Yantra Yoga instructor.

Yantra Yoga

Yantra Yoga offers a unique path to holistic well-being, combining rhythmic movement with synchronized breathing to harmonize body, energy, and mind. This ancient practice, preserved for centuries, enhances energy flow and deepens awareness.

Through distinct postures and breathing techniques including breath retention, Yantra Yoga strengthens the body while opening vital energy channels, promotes physical vitality, an increased capacity for full body breathing, and mental clarity. By balancing your energy, this dynamic practice helps you achieve a calm, relaxed mind and fosters a deeper connection to your true nature.

We will cover the Preliminaries and a different series of Yantras each session.

Payment for the classes is a voluntary donation based on the principle of generosity, and will help our community to organise activities such as these. The suggested amount is £15 per session. You can make your donation by using the PayPal button below or in cash on arrival at the centre.
