Join us for an enriching day of Yantra Yoga with the esteemed instructor John Renshaw. This will be the last workshop with John in the spring. We will resume with weekly sessions starting in September.
Program:
1. Yantra Yoga
– Benefit: Yantra Yoga uses harmonious movements linked to various breathing aspects to enhance body awareness and breath control, which coordinates vital energy (prana). This practice ensures balanced energy, leading to improved physical condition and a calm, present, and relaxed mental state, essential for deeper self-knowledge.
2. Joint Rotations
– Benefit:Improve joint mobility, reduce stiffness, and promote better circulation.
3. Breathing Techniques
– Benefit:Learn how to control your breath to increase energy levels, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity.
4. Guided Meditation
– Benefit:Experience deep relaxation, mental focus, and emotional stability through structured meditation practices.
